Auspicious Spectrum Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Auspicious Spectrum LLC. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or for items sourced from our supplier partners.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options for all US orders. Delivery times vary by method selected at checkout. Some items — particularly books and supplier-fulfilled products — may ship separately and arrive at different times.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, and more. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.  

These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. Auspicious Spectrum has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns about import charges.

Multiple Shipments Because we source products from multiple suppliers (including Shopify Collective, BooksCloud, and other partners), your order may arrive in separate packages from different carriers. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
