Auspicious Spectrum LLC Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Books that have been opened or used
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Perishable goods (seeds, organic products)
Supplier-Fulfilled & Dropshipped Items Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners (including Shopify Collective, CJdropshipping, Syncee, and BooksCloud). Return eligibility and timelines for these items are subject to the individual supplier's return policy. We will work with you to facilitate the return process.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@auspiciousspectrum.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
